- **_nibbidāya_** = ni + bbida **(Involved)** = **Not involved** (with the names & the world)
- If you're not "involved", then you're not in the "illusion"
- _**virāgāya**_ = vi (removal) + rāga (coloring) = Without the coloring of the Citta
- What's a "color"?
- **"Vilas" is a color**!
- "Husband" or "Wife" is a color!
- vītarāga = vi + ita (completely) + rāga = Completely absent of rāga, that it can **NEVER be dyed with color** again
- _**nirodhāya**_ = ni + uddha (growing) = No longer growing / arising
- _**upasamāya**_ = upa (close) + samā (equal) = **Completely equal / stilled** on the inside
- when the senses are guarded
- and hence "peaceful"
- _**abhiññāya**_ = abhi + aññā (**other side**, i.e. "Vilas does not exist")
- Can you see that "Vilas" was NEVER there?
- _**sambodhāya**_ = sam (abiding) + bodhi (awakening, seeing the 4 noble truths)
- _**nibbānāya**_ = ni + bbāna ("Involved", **"Conditioned"**, or completely "Fallen into the condition") = **Complete** removal of all conditions
